This book contains 33 clinical cases categorised into 11 chapters based on the main diseases to ease its use. The cases were designed to simulate real life hospital cases and follow the format of clinical case notes that are typically encountered in Malaysian public hospitals. The main objectives are to share these cases with pharmacy and other health care academic institutions to serve as a useful resource for teaching and learning purposes.
