The warm, humid rainforest of Malaysia provides ideal conditions ranging from habitat from the canopy to the forest floor for thousands of insect species. This book presented 12 orders of insects and 3 orders of arthropods with 150 coloured photographs of species. Each species includes brief descriptions of its features, ecology and adaptations or modifications to thrive in its habitat. These insects have evolved to a wide range of shapes with different tones of colour.
