History and Evolution of 26 Groups of Yoruba Race was concepted to define the underlisted 26 groups of Yoruba race at which the legendary Oduduwa, projenitor of the race and his direct descendants founded and established the template of various kingdoms of Yorubaland. He also stabilized their monarchial and traditional administration centuries before the advent of colonial masters. It linked the past with the present of the pre and post-colonial Yorubaland by distinctly outlining the picture of Yoruba people through their origin and culture and intellectual development.
