Companion to the exhibition, Cape Institute for Architecture, Cape Town, 2024. Joe Noero is the founder of Noero Architects, formed in Johannesburg in 1984. In 2000, the practice relocated to Cape Town, and now has offices in Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Noero is also Professor Emeritus of Architecture at the University of Cape Town.
