The efficiency-boosting potential of IR4.0 technologies has elevated the role of financial technology (Fintech) in disrupting the financial services industry. In its transformation to a digital economy, Malaysia is pressing to convert COVID-19-pandemic-induced adoption to Fintech natives. This book reviewed existing literature and set out to examine Fintech adoption in Malaysia amidst the COVID-19 pandemic through the lenses of Net Valence Framework and Protection Motivation Theory.
