In her autobiography Xoliswa Matanzima-Jozana describes her life in the Eastern Cape as the daughter of King Daliwonga Matanzima. She has grappled with the traditional and social expectations placed upon women of royal lineage, struggled for a basic education, and survived a forced child marriage and violent domestic abuse.
